Today, I am going to talk about the owner of a Huge company. Read it carefully and apply what you learn from it in your life.

Once in the owner's company, there was a huge loss from an employee which was about Rs. 50 lakhs. The employee had been working for the company for past Twenty-five (25)years and for the first time in this Twenty-five (25)years, the company suffered such a huge loss. He was very sad and was thinking about how to show his mouth to the owner. But somehow news reached the owner, then the owner was told that this is the first time that his company has undergone such a big loss due to this employee. The boss called the employee to his office. The employee was afraid to come to the office, he had the idea that now he will suffer a loss and will be fired. But eventually the employee entered the office.
Owner: Come on, sit in the chair.
Employee: (thinking in mind) Calm look of the owner's face shows that the owner was not so angry as to be damaged and sat in the chair.
Owner asked whether he would have tea or coffee.
Employee told that he would just have water. After that, Owner: (Speaks calmly) you know why  I called you here, so what do you think of the loss in the project I gave you?
Employee: Now surely my job will go and I will also have to pay this loss.
The owner spoke thinking like this.
Owner: I'll give you a piece of paper. Read it and then talk about the losses on the project.
Handed the paper to the employee
Employee reads: "Inside it says that you have been working in this company since my father was the owner of this company and in the last 30 years you have given everything to this company like your (honesty, incentive and guidance to work and much more to our company) That is why the loss of Rs 50 lakh is very small against what you have done. So I do not want to fire you in this company."

The employee reads all this and thanks his boss very much and promises him that I want to work on this loss again from today and I will take care not to make such a mistake again by acknowledging my mistake and in a short time  I will make up for the loss and I will do my best for your company as long as I live. Expressing thanks to the owner, Employee leaves the office with a happy face
